RMCC Spin Classes at LifeWorks

Back for a second year we are offering a spin class for RMCC members over 10-weeks for only $50!

Again we are using the spin bikes at LifeWorks in Canmore located at 1412 Railway Avenue, next to Safeway.

Starting on January 15, 2010, the classes will run for ten consecutive Fridays from 7:00 - 8:00pm. Be there for 6:45pm!

Gary Brown has agreed to return again this year and get us into great shape for the 2010 cycling season.

The cost will be a modest $50 for the entire ten weeks and spots are expected to fill quickly so reply to Jim at moto60@telus.net or call call Jim at 403.688.6411 for more details.
