Race Subsidy Application Form for the 2009 Racing Season.

As with past seasons, RMCC wishes to show our appreciation by providing race subsidies to the competitive racers in the club who have doned their volunteer hats at various club activities through the year. The qualification criteria are generally the same as past years, meaning that :

a) Recipients (or their parents) must have volunteered at a MINMIUM of two (2) volunteer opportunities with RMCC, including:
- Bike Swap
- Junior Spring Programs (Coaches - not Parent Helpers)
- Summer Program (Coaches)
- Canada Cup
- Toonie Races
- Provincial Hill Climb.

Note: RMCC Executive or Programming Committee members are also eligible for subsidies.

b) Eligible events include any ABA/CCA-sanctioned events. Some exceptions may be made for other events at the discretion of the RMCC Executive.
Note: Transrockies in not an eligible event.

c) Athletes must clearly be representing RMCC (wearing the jersey), and must have been a club member in good standing in the event for which they wish to receive a subsidy. Some exceptions may be made for Provincial/National programs.

If you meet these criteria and would like to take advantage, please pickup the race subsidy form and submit to Keith Batstone at info@rundlemountaincycling.com. The submission deadline is November 15, 2009 - we will contact you once your application has been reviewed at the RMCC Annual General Meeting (AGM).
