    350

From Sara Renner and Thomas Grandi:

This is an invitation to help build a movement- to take one day and use it to stop the climate crisis. Join a group of people from around the planet- young and old, scientist, writers, activists, families, athletes and mountain people- who have one thing in common. We know the most important number on earth: 350. And we know how to use that number to finally get global action on the worst crisis humans have ever faced.

But we can only do it if you help.

    Who: You and your friends.

What: A journey of 350 people from the Civic Center in Canmore to the Quarry Lake. Participants are encouraged to make and bring their own banners and flags using the numbers 350.

When: Saturday Oct 24th at 12:00 noon. Plan you departure from the Civic Center according to your own walking, hiking, running or biking ability and plan to arrive at the quarry at noon. A group photo at the quarry will be taken at noon exactly.

Please forward this invitation to your friends. If you cannot make the day in Canmore, start your own 350 action in your own community.
